There are a lot of weird noises that can come out of ones' guitar...that is
not operator error. *Fret Noise-* very common, most of the time, a setup can cure the problem.
It could also be a high fret, a worn fret, could be old crusty strings.
Sometimes it could be lack of experience at playing the guitar. I've had
customers complain that their guitar buzzes all over the place, but when I
pick up and played the guitar it sounded just fine. Some folks play more
aggressively than others and playing a guitar with low action will buzz. The
strings need room to vibrate.
*Electronic Noise*- Bad ground connection, loose pots that have spun around and are grounding out. Self inflicted BAD wiring *Cracks*- Not using a humidifier during the winter months. *Booms-* A lot of acoustic/electric guitars, when played at high volumes will tend to feedback usually at a very low frequency. Using a EQ pedal or a
feedback buster insert in the sound hole of the guitar will help.
